A two stage interviewing process, First interview was a technical competency session where I had to prepare in advance a presentation introducing me and my capabilities to a potential client. The format was a paper presentation. At this first interview it was in three parts. Part 1 present my presentation. Part 2 to read a technical project brief for 10 minutes and then to answer questions to determine how I summarised the assailant issues. part 3 was a verbal interaction with the interviewer on why I believed I had the necessary experience for the role. At the end of this interview I had to leave a written piece of work that I could verify as my original work from a previous project for consideration.
I was recalled to a short list and attended a second interview. This time there were two interviewers a Director and a Senior Programme Manager. At the end of the second interview I was advised that I was to be added to their list of sub consulting suppliers
