it was a swift process. initial on line application form followed by an invite to attend an interview day. I went in did a personality test then did the interview which lasted about an hour. it was fun and friendly and was made to feel at ease. I was then taken out to lunch - I then went home and they contacted me later on that day and was offered the job. Was v efficient
It was a pretty straightforward two-way interview with one director and one senior engineer. The whole process is 1 hour. Last 10 minutes for Q&A. Interviewers are both friendly and chill.
Interview process was very streamlined, self recorded behavioral questions, chat with senior team members to learn more about ARUP, overall process took 2 months and took place remotely through virtual calls.
