Applied online and was called for an interview. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes, I was interviewed by two directors, both of which were engineers. We discussed my dissertation project and some group assignments I had undertaken. I tried to always have an example of teamwork and leadership skills used or improved during the project.

The most difficult question was on the stability of buildings, all the questions were very technical, there was no HR representative at the interview.
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
