Interview process started and finished within a month. Interview mostly felt like a conversation, with some usual questions about skills throughout. Seemed like they were interested in whether I was invested in the subject matter, and whether my personality was a good fit for their team environment.

Where does the model begin, and where does it end? Put another way, what is a model useful for? Especially in a political decision-marking environment?
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
