I had two engineers from the Chicago office interview me. It was very informal and relaxed which made me feel at ease. They asked mainly about my experience and interests. By the end, they thought my interests lied more in sustainability than mechanical engineering and rather than ending it there, they connected me to another office that had a sustainability intern position and the rest is history. It really made me feel valued, which is one of the many reason why I chose to stay with them fulltime!
