Process:
1.Resume
2. Online testing: Sova assessment (personality, verbal reasoning, and logical reasoning)
3. Recorded Interview (timed one way video conference; questions pop up, you have a minute to think, then a minute or two to answer)
4. Face to face interview (video conference if interstate)

The interview was held by two members of one of Arup's teams that I was applying for. The interview started by them talking more about the company, which then followed by a set of behavioural and technical interview questions.
