The first phone call was short end straight forward with an HR person. The second interview was 30 mins with hiring team, 4 questions. Final interview 90 minutes coming up soon. So far seems like any interview process.

The interview process was well organised and professional. The interviewers were knowledgeable and asked a range of technical and practical questions related to structural engineering. The process was challenging but fair and provided a good opportunity to discuss previous experience and problem-solving skills.
