Laid back, very informal, but demanding. Delved into past experience in detail and asked lots of questions about why I would want to work for Arup, what Arup meant to me and how I would fit in and understand what they are all about.
Straightforward process. Clear steps to follow the hiring process. Even though the application was unsuccessful, I received feedback from the HR team. The interviewers were prepared. I got the sense they had read my CV beforehand.

Entrevista
First round of interview was with the discipline Head and the business development lead. The main questions were around myself, professional experience and what I could bring in the company. The discussion also include questions on how I've developed the people in my team so far. The second interview was with one of their specialists in my field of expertise. The discussion was around projects I've worked on, how I managed the clients and what kind of analysis I performed.

First screen was a friendly chat with hiring manager. Official interview with local hiring manager, regional manager and head of regional team. Took a couple of weeks to get back with an offer.
