On campus interviews set up with my university. My classmates where waiting around both before and after I went in for the interview. There was one HR representative and one resident engineer. The HR representative was the only one who spoke, even if I attempted to engage the engineer.

Online video interview. Asked to record 1:30 minute responses to 3 questions. Given time to plan answers and re-record if necessary. Questions were very general about why the job offer appeals to you
Applied online in October and then got invited to a virtual assessment centre that happened in December. The online application was pretty straightforward. The virtual assessment centre was a whole day type of thing, it consisted of a technical interview with two panelists, a competency based interview, and then a case study.
