BEWARE! The full application process was probably the WORST of any company I have applied to. I filled in the application online and after a few weeks was offered a telephone interview. I was not given a date, being told a follow up email would come. I waited over a month, then sent my own follow up email. This was ignored for a while, then just given a generic stalled response. I waited another month or so, and emailed again. This time it was replied to with a generic email about "reconsidering" the applications. Months followed, I email again, again stalled. This process continued until I was finally told the post was no longer available >6 months after applying and being offered an interview.

first round: group interview including a 10 mins presentation and a written test (essays on EIA) that last for 30-45 mins approximately second round: interview by managers fir around 30 mins
