Skype interview. Questions asked included why I went for Arup and not where I did my work experience. Discussed I wanted to go into structural engineering and trends in my subject results. Talked about extra curricular activities and what I did outside of engineering like sports or any volunteering.

Online video interview. Asked to record 1:30 minute responses to 3 questions. Given time to plan answers and re-record if necessary. Questions were very general about why the job offer appeals to you
Applied online in October and then got invited to a virtual assessment centre that happened in December. The online application was pretty straightforward. The virtual assessment centre was a whole day type of thing, it consisted of a technical interview with two panelists, a competency based interview, and then a case study.
