I applied through their university recruitment program for both interns and full time positions in electrical and mechanical departments. Candidates had driven in from different SoCal counties. It was a technical and behavorial interview. Was asked questions about the obstacles i've faced, and how i've dealt with them. Some basic electrical engineering questions were also asked.
