Friendly staff, asked to do a group exercise ending in a pitch followed by questions. Finally an individual pitch on a topic you had been given via email... Think they are looking for how you interact in a team and how you digest information given to you on the spot. Try to get the balance between leading and given ideas but also ensuring you know how to let others lead too. Unfortunatley didnt get the position and am still awaiting feedback ... months later!
