Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Arup (Londres, Inglaterra) en sept 2016
Entrevista
I sent a speculative application and was contacted 3 months later to set up an interview for a fixed-term internship collaboration. The interview was fixed 3 weeks after the first contact and I received an offer 10 days after the interview.
The interview was via skype, since I was not yet in the UK at that time; the chat was with two interviewers, one associate and one from HR. They first told me how the interview would be organized and then we start talking. I was nervous, but the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, they looked really interested in knowing me and hearing from me. It was a pleasant chat and they look really friendly.
They first introduce themselves and asked me to do the same, then they described the environment and what they do and finally there were some behavioral questions from their side and some final question from mine.

Why ARUP? Tell us about yourself, your past experience and why you applied here.
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
