1st interview was a Skills based Interview, following interviews were much more relaxed and felt very much that they were selling the business to me rather than me having to prove myself. It was also great that a number of the potential key stakeholders were involved in the process, this made the decision to join once I had got the offer much easier to make, Overall the interview was challenging yet relaxed, the hiring Manager was also flexible and understood the challenge of taking time out in my current role.
