Uncomfortable interview experience, interviewee was very serious and formal. It was basically reading the interview questions and answering them. I would recommend more engaging interview process where people feel comfortable and engage .

Phone interview screening and face to face interview. During the phone interview, HR will ask about the background. Then will send you a practical test to complete. After that, will arrange the face to face interview in the office.

Entrevista
A few days after I applied for the position someone from the recruiting team contacted me for a first round of interview. I particularly like this first round because the recruiter asked technical questions related to the job in addition to soft skills questions. The following interviews were within the time frame mentioned on the previous one, there wasn't a delay. Also, the interviewers offered a few time slots for me to choose from. I would say that overall the interview process was efficient.
