You need to know your stuff - be prepared and understand what a supplier manager does. The focus is on sales and growing revenue, and partner base. How much do you know about the digital marketplace and hyperscalers? You need to be on the bleeding edge of what's next.
Six 1 hour interviews - Met with hiring manager and peer group. Very thorough questioning and little time to ask questions. Highly recommend an in-depth knowledge of the supplier that you may be supporting as well as Arrow strategy.
