Glad to see our employee referral process working, however sorry to see that your interview process took over 4 weeks. It's not uncommon across regions for the process to take a little longer than normal, however 4+ weeks is certainly tough. The interview took about 2 hours. Open conversation.
We spoke German and Spanish with some team members @Arrow.
I talked about my current job and discussed their vision, team and tasks I would be asked to perform.
By the end, I asked what were the benefits.
The interviewer was reluctant or made it seem an irrelevant point to touch.
No answer (YES/NO) and it's been a month.

Interview was pretty easy and straight forward. The recruiter that interviewed me was a new hire so there was no structure. Never heard back from anyone so gave up on the process.
