It was a 2 stage interview, first one with an HR person describing the company a bit and the second one with the technical/team with a short round of questions. It was a smooth experience and very pleasant overall.

The interview process consist of 4 parts: 1) Technical interview. Includes some live coding + theoretical questions. 2) HR call. Nothing special. 3) Product interview. They show you a presentation about their product, you can ask questions. They also ask some general questions about software development, your experience, scrum etc. 4) Another half-technical interview with your potential future manager. Chat about your experience, your vision on some technical topics which can be not related to what do you usually do in your regular job. You also can ask some questions about their company/product. 5) Final HR call. I passed through all of the interview steps before final HR call. After 4th step I suddenly got a feedback that despite my good technical skills it seemed that I don't have enough interest in their company since I didn't ask enough questions. The thing is that person who doesn't have any interest in a company wouldn't waste his time to go through all of their endless interview steps. So they basically doesn't respect candidates and their time at all. Apparently they expect you to ask a lot of stupid questions even though you already have a clear understanding about their company and product. And it takes them 4 1-1.5 hours interviews to come up with decision that you are not interested enough in their company/product. My advice - don't waste your time or if you really want to, prepare some endless list of questions about their company/product and ask them on every interview.
