Don't bother applying here. They sent me a CCAT and an Emotify test the same day I applied, so they're likely making everyone who applies take this. Honestly, I much rather have done a 1 hour HackerRank, than waste an hour with these nonsense tests. I never heard back.
It's just uncanny that someone decided to put an automated test as to first step of hiring an experienced SWE. If you are hiring for an 8+ YOE leadership role and you really think the best way is to start with a stupid test, well, good luck I guess.

I didn't do an interview as I didn't complete their silly cognitive aptitude test :-) But, oh, this test included everything from multiplying two-digit numbers to looking at a faces and telling their expressions, oh boy, what a clown act.
