Applied and got automated cognitive test. Finished test and two days later received email from recruiter to set up call , recruiter was happy to move forward with the Hiring Manager interview. Took time and prepared well for interview and was looking for good conversation and technical interview . Surprisingly, as soon as call started , Hiring Manager without giving any company insight jumped into matching resume with Job description ( with 80% resume and job description match ) she started focusing on rest 20% and told they are looking for senior QA’s at this point. I told them the Job description explicitly mentions 3-5 yrs entry level position. Worst interview !! I have taken rejections before but this was a total humiliation and waste of time. Either Hiring Manager needed more training for conduct or recruiter to whom to send for interview.
