I will keep it absolutely factual here:
Started with a Recruiter call, and then CCAT on which I scored 99 overall. They did a hiring manager screen and then asked for multiple time slots in a week. I gave 3-time slots. which they initially filled with 2 interviews.
As the days approached, there were 32 email exchanges - and 7 rounds in total scheduled over 3 days. I must say, the process was chaotic. I had a round with the CEO and CTO as well.
I got a very friendly email from the CEO which said nice to meet you, and the talent team will follow up.
So after 10 rounds, they never got back. I reached out after 2 weeks to the recruiter. He said, "seems like everything went well and the final decision is pending with the CEO". Another 2 weeks, and finally they had the courage to say we are interviewing other people as well.
In all, a pretty chaotic experience - and as a courtesy especially after 10 rounds of interviews, have the ethics to get back to people on time. In the tech industry, companies have a turnaround time of 2-3 business days.
A note and I wish to be as objective as possible - there is some news article floating around EX Chief strategy officer departing and pressing charges. Seems like nothing is proven as of now, but I would recommend due diligence for future candidates.
