Interview with 3 people got call 2 days later with start date no drug test just a background I have fenolys and they hired me I had to apply thru indeed was called soon after I recomend if you can work fast and do your job with little training

I dropped off my application and was interviewed the same day. But before interviewing, I spoke with an extremely rude HR that strangely tried to talk me out of wanting to work. After that I interviewed with a supervisor who barely skimmed my resume, asked my zero questions about myself, my strengths and weaknesses, or my experience. He spent the entire time incoherently rambling about the company. It definitely felt like he was trying to sell me, rather than the other way around. I was hired 3 days later. Background check (but they hire anyone). No drug test (every one there smokes weed). Very easy hiring process.
