The process involved a recruiter phone conversation and an in person interview with the tech lead. It was more of a cultural interview then a technical interview but that was to be expected because it was entry level. I ended up declining the Position because I didn't feel like they were a good fit for me. The company seems to have a lot of management and red tape. They also didn't have a development team in Sydney.
