I got a quick phone screen. The person called and asked a handful of questions and gave no additional explanation of the process or company so it felt strange. A few weeks later, someone emailed me for a request to interview at 1 specific time that was less than 24 hours notice. They didn't ask for availability or give options so I had to scramble to make it work and prepare for a 1 hour video interview in less than 24 hours. Once I got to the interview, the questions were vague and hard to answer because they weren't built out in a way that gave any context. They didn't leave any time to build report and they didn't leave me any time to ask questions at the end - I only had 3 minutes. They also told me in the beginning that they would type out the questions and post in the chat but they only did that with the 1st question. So, there was a lot of wasted time of me asking them to repeat their poorly constructed questions and to give some context so I could give them an appropriate response. Additionally, the interviewers gave no insight as to what the process would be or when I could expect to hear back. I reached out a week later for any update and was ghosted. Another week goes by and I got a call that the 2nd round of interviews would be scheduled on a few certain days and I should plan to keep my calendar open - then another week later I was regretted. The people I interviewed with seemed nice but their process needs a lot of work. Overall, it was a poor candidate experience.
