I apply for this job at Nov 2015. And being interview on phone two weeks later with two engineers from Cambridge. We go over some simple tech, leadership and personal questions. These two guys are both nice. Another two weeks latter, I am interviewed by another very senior and high level guy from Austin, TX. This time I am asked to present my idea and vision about my future job. And then we discuss about these issues. And then two and a half month latter, I fly to shanghai to take an on-site interview. I met all three peoples face to face there, and further discuss my idea and some tech questions. And there are another two engineers from Cambridge to join us. This on site interview takes more than 5 hours and I felt it is very productive and the result is positive.
