      Entrevista

      This was a very length process which started in January (2021), including cognitive and behavioral testing, an intensive video interview round, followed by more psychometric testing, and finally the assessment centre. Throughout the process I was very happy with the level of communication and information being given, but I feel we were let down after the assessment centre. We were promised on the day that we would not be informed by email about whether we had been selected, (one of the Arla team members actually laughed about how inappropriate that would be), but yet I was informed by email that I was rejected. In fairness, the logic was that they didn't want to randomly call us to give us the news in case they caught us at an inconvenient time, so they wanted to let us know and then book a time to call and discuss, but I still felt this could have been handled better. Most disappointing of all was the feedback call. After all the work I did as an applicant, the feedback call was brief and not hugely informative, and worst of all it was done by someone who openly said they were new at Arla and so didn't know much about the program, and who was very clearly reading off a script. It's slightly insulting that we weren't deemed worthy of a call from someone from the actual F15 team, despite all the time and effort spent on our behalf for Arla. Overall it gave a really bad impression, and I've come away feeling like Arla is a great place if you're an employee, but you're not valued as a potential employee, and would make me hesitant later in life to work with them in other positions. Such a small thing that they could have handled much better and would make a big difference.

      During the assessment centre: First interview was intensive (1.5 hr) personal fit where we talked extensively about my experiences, what I like to do, who I am as a person, my characteristics etc. The business case was a relatively straight forward case that involved assessing market information and determining whether to acquire a company or not. Then there was a group case about sustainability which was enjoyable.

      1. First was the CV screening. 2. Then there came a hireview interview. 3. Then there came a personal interview with HR and a PM 4. And then, in the last round, there is a group interview with the other candidates.

      Pregunta 1

      The Hireview interview was some basic STAR questions. Then the personal interview with HR, you have to walk them through your CV. I recommend that you shouldn't just read it out, but you should tell a story and what you learned from each exp. After that follows a simple case. You just had to solve some stuff on a balance sheet and answer some questions about how you would tackle a certain problem. The group stage is actually not about solving the case which is given to you. It's more about how you work in a group and are able to present yourself here. I recommend that you try to be active and take a lead, but not dominate the others in a conversation.

      In the first round, CV, motivational letter and university transcripts were uploaded and then I had to complete a behavioural assessment and a cognitive assessment. In the second round, I did an on-demand Hirevue video interview (one take).

      HireVue Video Interview, es waren insgesamt 5 Fragen. Die Fragen wurde gestellt, dann hatte man ca. 1-2 min Zeit sich eine Antwort zu überlegen. Die Zeit für eine Antwort waren meine ich 3 Minuten jeweils. Die Vorbereitungszeit und die Antwort Zeit sind meiner Meinung nach ein wenig zu kurz, ich denke jedoch, dass dies das Ziel ist.
