Entrevista
In my first interview I was told there were 3 rounds, with the final round being a technical assessment.
The first interview was pretty standard; 30 minutes chatting with two Arkus staff. One was Admin and the other was HR (but he was about 20 minutes late to the interview which was the first red flag). I felt it went well and was told I'd hear back about next steps "within a week."
Over a month later I received an email out of the blue inviting me to do a technical assessment (so, skipped interview #2?). I did it and it was given a spec sheet and one hour to build out as much as I could. Then presented for about 15 minutes while Arkus staff played the role of "client who doesn't know anything about Salesforce". Ultimately I felt I did well and built out a fair amount and presented well. After the role playing ended, they basically went into a Salesforce pop quiz which I was not expecting and it threw me off for sure. Definitely some gotcha questions in there. Was told I'd hear back "in a week". That was several months ago and they never followed up with me. I have a feeling that I was never really a contender and they maybe just needed to meet a quota or something.

Three 30-minute 1:1 interviews -- focused on behavior & cultural fit.
One 1.5 hour technical assessment.
1:1s were with HR, senior member of the delivery team, and COO. All really good conversations; very clearly trying to get to know each other and see if the role & company was a good fit in both directions. Warm environment, not 'gotcha' questions.
Technical assessment was a challenge, as you are given a requirements sheet and one hour in which to build something to spec in Salesforce. The last 30 minutes are structured as a client demo & general Q&A where you're walking through your product with an audience. Ultimately, the technical requirements weren't terribly complicated, but there was a lot more in the requirements sheet than you could build in the time given.

> What's most important to you about your work?
> Why are you interested in consulting specifically?
> What else would you have asked the client before building out their spec sheet?
