I applied in July and had a phone interview with the plant manager in August. I felt like he handled himself very professionally and really wanted to get to know me as a candidate to determine if it was a good fit. Seemed like I nice and fair person to work for.
The interview experience was incredibly smooth and enjoyable, as I made a conscious effort to stay in the moment and maintain a relaxed demeanor throughout. This approach not only helped me feel at ease but also allowed me to engage in a meaningful and insightful exchange of ideas with the interviewer. I appreciated the opportunity to receive valuable input, share my thoughts openly, and gain fresh perspectives. Interviewed for process engineer role with company's rotational program. First, standard career fair interview with rep. Then a half day video interview with about 6 current engineers at the company. Standard questions, overall good experience.

I applied online. Get phone screen from plant manager after 3 weeks. Most of them are about resume review and technical questions. Looks like they are looking for someone with skills that fit for their projects. Scheduled for on-site interview with 8 managers after 2 weeks.
