Was invited to job interview after the first round of written tests. Before interview starts, I was asked to draw overview of my current company process flow diagram. There were 2 interviewers, one of them took most of the time to interview me. I was totally disappointed at how that interviewer likes to put me down right in my face about how poorly I perform in my interview, despite scoring quite well in written test. It's like having to answer his questions that are meant for engineer level when I am actually applied for just a junior technician role.

Interview was smooth. Friendly and open interviewers easy to talk to. The questions ask were very basic if you’ve been in the industry for some time it shouldnt be an issue.
