The interview is very basic but seems to be based on popularity overall. Some years it seems as though positions are offered based on popularity within the community/dorms, and the interviews don't have much of an impact on that.

The interview is held in a big conference room. Multiple candidates are interviewing at the same time, but you are only getting interviewed by two people, a Community Director (supervisor) and a Community Assistant.

First round of the interview process is an application (recommend that you attend information sessions to ensure you have proper format). The second round is in-person interviews with the community directors and current community assistants.
