Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Arizona Managing Partners (Tempe, AZ) en mar 2016

      Entrevista

Consisted of three interviews. The first one was a short 5-10 minutes with one person mostly just checking if you can be social and hold a conversation. Mostly personal questions like hobbies and your skills. Also a bit on work experience. If you pass this interview they tell you right away if you're invited for a second interview, which for me was 2 hours later. For the second interview you get taken out for coffee for a one-on-one with an account executive. It is a very personal interview where you get to know them pretty well. They ask you your story, they tell you theirs, and you discuss the job very in depth, including the career plan, benefits, pay, etc. Felt very organic, like a conversation with a close acquaintance and I assume it's a slightly different experience for everyone. Finally when you get back you get another one-on-one with a higher up person where they ask a couple of questions about your process that day and what you think, and give you a final chance to ask questions about the job.

Applied on career builder and took about 2 days for a call. You have to complete 3 interviews and the fist 1 is about 20 minutes and the 2nd is an hour and the 3rd is about 15 min. It is door to door selling for Century Link and you earn a base pay of 325 a week or the commission you made. You can earn maybe about 500 dollars a week but you will have to sign about 5 new customers up. You attend about 35 hours a day and drive your own gas and they don't pay for gas. So its sell or you will get paid minimum wage. Everyone is really nice though and they are fun co-workers.

      Entrevista

Got called for first interview. It lasted about 20 minutes. They wanted to find out if I had a car, my availability, if I could start as soon as possible, and if I could hold a conversation. Then mentioned they had a three step interview process and that I had made it to the second interview later on the same day. Second interview you sat with a different person, most likely someone who will be your mentor (If you make it to the second interview, which is about an hour long, it means they will offer you a position pretty much). The second interview you get to know your interviewer and they get to know you a little more, basically establish some connection. They go over pay and ways to advance within the company. They avoid touching on the daily tasks if you ask (door to door selling), but you should know this by doing your research before then. Later on the same they they call you back for last interview which is basically answering any of your questions that came up and offering you a position and scheduling your orientation. You may also find out Saturday is an optional day, which sounds more like a required day if you want to advance within the company.
