I actually got an interview through a referral. Gave my resume and availability to my referral then she messaged me back the same day asking if I can come in for an interview the next day. Interview was one-to-one with the manager. She was really nice and it was more of like talking to a new friend who's getting to know you. Lasted about an hour, because I had a lot of questions to ask (It's good to ask questions, so it makes you seem very interested). Got hired on the spot.
Asked the basic questions about myself and then asked who are my fashion inspirations. They also asked me customer based situations and how I would response. Definitely also teamwork questions.

What would you do in so and so situation with a customer
I was interviewed in the middle of the store on the poufs during a very busy rush of customers. During the interview, expect to be in the middle of it all!

Mostly a “vibe check” — maybe a few basic interview questions but mostly want to see if your personality and fashion align with the brand. Only real tip is to dress fashionably in your own personal style, and try to wear mostly Aritzia pieces.
