I had a 'preliminary chat' with a recruiter three weeks ago. She cut off me about 15 minutes in and seemed very impatient and rushed. Despite it, I thought it went marginally well. She told me I'd hear back the end of that week or beginning of next. I did not. I didn't hear back today until minutes after I withdrew my application and asked them to delete my personal data. I was excited initially at the possibility of working for Arista but from this experience I won't apply ever again. They don't seem to think much of ghosting applicants.
