Quite informal. You are asked competency type questions mostly. It's very much a tick box style interview, but I think I think they also like to get a feel of what you are like as a person.

What would you do if a customer wanted to ask about a product you weren't familiar with.
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
