Applied online via Sainsbury's website, then received an email invite to an on-site interview a few hours later. Attended the on-site interview, which was about 15/20 minutes and received an email saying I had passed and to expect the contract a few hours later.

was a group interview and then after a 1 to 1 interview. Staff were very friendly. The interview did start later than the scheduled time and due to this it did run over.
I had a one-to-one interview with one of the admin staff. She asked me about my motivations for wanting to work at Argos, my work experience, my experience of working in a team.

It was a simple process. They asked me some questions about my previous job experiences and how I would deal with specific situations. It was about a 30-minute interview. The atmosphere was friendly. They needed someone who could lift heavy things.
