Online application was followed up by an arranged one on one interview. Took about half an hour. Really good experience, the interviewer was quite informal in his approach which put me at ease.

Basic questions such as why I applied for the job, what skills do I think I can offer, examples of excellent customer service received, example of when I have worked in a team etc.
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
