First you have to complete a test, if you are successful you are brought into a group interview. We did a couple of group tasks, such as making a quick radio advert for Argos. We also had to complete a small test based on how you perceive numbers. We were then called back for a 1 to 1 interview.

What would you do if an elderly customer needed help with carrying an item.
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
