Informal interview. Was just like a chat. The interviewer was running late which meant staying in the employees room. The employees engaged in conversation and told me a bit about the job interview and what it was like. The interview was great and it seemed like a great place to work. After the 1 to 1 interview there was a group interview and induction where you watched videos. You also had to pass these tests on the computer. But they paid you for doing them so it wasn't a bother.
