I Got an Application form from in store, filled it out, then i had a short phone interview, then was called in for a group interview, then had a face to face interview with two of the managers, then i got an offer on the spot and started a week after.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
