Stage 2: focused a lot on the questions you had to answer for the videos with some added caviar or adding to it if interviewer was uncertain.
Stage 3: How you would set up a contact with a potential customer and why you gone that route. It is more structured as a discussion rathe than questions - answer metod.

Transparent process, 3 question video interview - some time with the hiring manager, case study interview and then final round meet. Team all seemed very lovely, there is a good sense of support.

The first interview with the BD team lead was rather long and intense - 45 min with a bunch of situational and hypothetical questions, which for this level, is unnecessary. The hiring manager was easy to talk to and seemed like a good listener, which is why I didn't rate this lower.
