The interview process consisted mostly of one-on-one interviews with various people in the organization, from the hiring manager to the department head and eventually to the COO and CSO. The conversations were relatively casual but discussed expectations for the job, my previous background, how the company works, and what sort of day to day workload and interactions could be expected. I had a verbal offer extended, which I accepted. I turned down another offer to take this one. However, Ardena retracted the offer shortly after I had accepted, citing my geographic location as a concern.
