Disengaged...felt like i was interrupting their day. 1 manager kept looking at his computer.
Not interested in the help. 1 manager was focused on tell me how important he was and his work
the culture was not top notch.
favorite part: their key operations person called a senior manager at my company to share that i interviewed. helped me to decide to stay at my current workplace!

Start with a phone interview, 1 on 1 after passing that. Tour of facility, more of a talk and explain your surroundings type of interview. Almost like hanging out with a possible boss and seeing if you would fit in.
