Detailed interview discussion with the President about my background and goals. She then explained the role, the company culture, and more information about the company. Next, I interviewed with other members of the marketing who were energetic and very intelligent.

very fast within days of initial email/resume submission. Although pleasant there was some anxiety from the interviewers part. I also met with another person from the exec team. Seemed like a shoe-in, but this is a very 'family run company" and there was some concerns from my part. However, the interviewer already asked when I could start. Then a few days later, interview changed their tune, they said they were still interviewing followed up by my email they offered it to someone else 2days later.
