I had one introductory interview online, followed by a second in-person interview with a panel of about five people who asked a wide range of questions. Typically, companies have a clear and structured interview process, and candidates have some idea of what to expect. In my case, the questions ranged from AI and programming to behavioral topics, with no apparent focus. Unfortunately, after that, I was completely ghosted — no one responded to my follow-up inquiries. Overall, I regret applying to that company.

It seemed like they were more interested in understanding my thought process and how I approach real-world situations rather than testing deep technical knowledge.
