3 individuals interviewed, behavioral based STAR method. Each individual has different questions that pertain to the skill sets they are looking for in the candidate for that position. The 3 interviewers do have some overlap with their questions so that they can compare notes after the fact and reach some type of agreement on how well the candidate fulfills the skillset requirements.
