The panel asked to introduce myself. Then they asked about my projects done during the final year of my college. They asked if I would like to work in one of their departments.

It was smooth. No issues. The interviewers were very nice. Be sure to use the STAR method when answering questions and depending on the role, they’ll ask you some technical questions.

Normal formal interview process, asked basic and common interview questions. The interviewers where looking at answers and basing this of the STAR Techniques.The interview did not seem professional so not sure about the entire thing.

It was followed by a personal interview with the Human Resources representative and a team member of the position you are applying to, it was a friendly conversation about your interests
