Entrevista
I applied to their “choose your own adventure” posting with my resume. Within hours, I was contacted and interviewed for two separate interviews with different people for a lab tech position. I have over four years of technical experience and matched all the bullet points for the listing (that they sent to me). I was then asked potential start dates and an onsite tour, but then I was randomly ghosted and followed up with an email claiming that none of my skills aligned with what they were seeking at that moment. This left me extremely confused as to why they had initially reached out to me and kept me almost until the very end of the recruiting process. I was super excited about the company and mission, but not about the stringing along and dishonesty (especially in this job market), especially since I had given up more than 4 hours of work time from my current job to interview.
The process consists of an initial recruiter screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and concludes with a final stage where a presentation is required as part of the evaluation.

Entrevista
Three rounds of interview. (1) Zoom interview with a PR person, not science-heavy, basic screening. (2) Invited to submit a video presentation of previous research, 15 minute max. (3) Zoom interview with two scientists. I wasn't selected after the third stage, they did proactively let me know. The in-person interviews were nice - lots of forward-thinking questions about what I would do at Arcadia. I found the 15-minute video to be frustrating... it took a large amount of time to prepare, film, edit. (They suggested just "hitting record on zoom," but of course, to be competitive, it takes a much more professional approach, which takes time).
