Arbitration Forums carries an excellent reputation from what I could gather from inquiries, so I was quite dismayed by my own experience with this company. I received two interview requests for the position in which I was interested. However, in both cases the company gave less than 24 hours advance warning of the scheduled interview time, and for both occasions did not even confirm with me beforehand that I was available at the given time. In the second instance, the message giving the interview schedule was sent less than 45 minutes in advance of the time. This was my only contact with the company, and since they have eschewed further communication, I can only assume that this is their final word on the subject. This experience has only served to reinforce the generalized corporate mentality of "employees simply grow on trees" that is too often perceived by applicants. I honestly hope that this example is the exception, rather than the rule.
