I Applied online and got my resume shortlisted followed by a recruiter Email to schedule a phone call to discuss about the position offered. Recruiter informed me about the next steps in the interview process further and we ended up the call with a message that she will get back to me. Its been more than three weeks with no update from the recruiter neither a bare minimum email what a candidate expects if they gonna move further or not. Recruiter just ghosted me which is very unprofessional to me.
